We truly enjoyed this business hotel. Brand-new room with great decor and super bathroom. Exceptional breakfast, polite service. The location was best possible, easy walk to Birk Crag.

Would recomand the place, I did not want to leave. I liked staying here, the location was unbeatable. The snack bar was large and the drinks were warm.

Good value, nice service offered. Friendly location, positive personnel and a room with soft beds. They made a reasonable breakfast.

Everything was outstanding, competent staff made our stay really unforgettable. Breakfast included pastries, fruit, fresh bread, coffee and eggs and was free of charge. Tidy beach was located near the venue. We thoroughly enjoyed snacks in the reception. Bottled drinks, excellent wifi were a nice surprise.
Views were very limited.

Helpful staff, breakfasts are satisfying. Bed was comfortable, like a cloud. We were greeted by friendly owner. There's a GOOD choice of restaurants to choose from, like Stuzzi, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

morning meal food was lovely. if you wish to visit rhs garden harlow carr, this place is perfect. location, a short way from all attractions. hotel's parking is on site.
